Affiliate Policy

The EverFeatured Affiliate Program allows registered users to earn commissions by referring new users to our platform. This policy outlines the terms, eligibility, commission structure, and rules governing the program. By joining the program, you agree to abide by this policy in its entirety.

1. Program Overview

The EverFeatured Affiliate Program is a referral-based earning opportunity. When you refer a user to EverFeatured using your unique referral link and that user makes a qualifying purchase (such as Product Listing, Sponsored placement, or Recommended boost), you earn a commission on their payment.

2. How to Join

Any registered user of EverFeatured can join the Affiliate Program for free by navigating to the Affiliate section in their dashboard at /dashboard/affiliate. Upon clicking "Join the Program," your unique referral link is generated instantly and you may begin sharing it immediately. No approval process or waiting period is required.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a 30% lifetime commission on every qualifying payment made by users they refer. This commission is recurring — meaning as long as the referred user continues to make purchases on EverFeatured, you continue to earn 30% of each transaction. There is no cap on total earnings and no expiry date on referrals.

• Commission Rate: 30% of every payment by your referred users
• Duration: Lifetime recurring (no expiry)
• Qualifying Purchases: Product Listing, Sponsored placement, Recommended boost, and any paid platform feature

4. Referral Tracking

When a user clicks your referral link, they are tagged to your account. If they sign up and later make a payment, the commission is automatically credited to your affiliate balance in real-time. You can track all referrals, commissions, and earnings from your affiliate dashboard.

5. Using Your Affiliate Balance

You have two ways to use your earned affiliate balance:

• Spend on Platform Features: Use your balance to pay for in-app services such as Product Listing, Sponsored placement, or Recommended boost. There is no minimum balance required to spend on features and no limits on how often you can use it.
• Withdraw as Cash: Request a direct payout to your PayPal or UPI account. Withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits outlined below.

6. Withdrawal Policy

The following rules govern all cash withdrawal requests:

• Minimum Withdrawal: $50.00 USD
• Maximum Withdrawal: $150.00 USD per request
• Frequency: One withdrawal request per day
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are reviewed and processed within 1-2 business days
• Payment Methods: PayPal (via email) or UPI (via UPI ID)

All withdrawal requests are manually verified by our team. If a withdrawal is approved, the funds will be sent to your specified PayPal or UPI account. If a withdrawal is rejected for any reason, the full amount is immediately refunded to your affiliate balance and you will be notified via email with the reason for rejection.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the program, forfeiture of earnings, and account suspension:

• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages with your referral link
• Using misleading, deceptive, or false advertising to promote your link
• Self-referral (creating fake accounts to earn commissions on your own purchases)
• Manipulating or gaming the referral tracking system
• Using paid ads that directly bid on EverFeatured branded keywords
• Violating any EverFeatured platform guidelines or Terms of Service
• Misrepresenting EverFeatured or making unauthorized claims about the platform

8. Commission Disputes & Adjustments

EverFeatured reserves the right to adjust, reverse, or withhold commissions in cases of fraud, chargebacks, refunds, or violations of this policy. If a referred user requests a refund for a purchase, the associated commission will be deducted from your balance. Disputes can be raised by contacting our support team.

9. Program Modifications

EverFeatured reserves the right to modify the commission rate, withdrawal limits, program rules, or any aspect of this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time. Upon termination by you, pending commissions above the minimum withdrawal threshold will still be paid out. EverFeatured may terminate your affiliate account immediately if any prohibited activities are detected, with or without prior notice.

11. Tax Responsibility

Affiliate earnings are considered income and may be subject to taxes depending on your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on your affiliate earnings. EverFeatured does not withhold taxes on commission payments.
